These iron head covers provide extensive protection for your precious clubs. Whether you use them only when in your trunk or whether you allow them to stay on the iron heads throughout your game is up to you. They surely provide protection while the golf bag is getting banged around in a trunk. And they will help keep your irons protected if you keep them on during your round (just note that you have to put them on and off every time while playing if you do this). Flexible enough to fit almost any iron head (I got the lefty set). Velcro-like neck keeps the covers on securely.
